The Seedtag Internal Mobility Program supports your growth by giving you structured access to new roles, teams, locations and career paths — while ensuring fairness, confidentiality and proper governance for everyone involved.
At least 1 year at Seedtag in your current role before applying.
Two consecutive semestral reviews rated Good, Above or Exceptional.
All applications are treated confidentially. Your manager is only informed when the process becomes formal.
TA explicitly confirms your eligibility by email before any formal process begins.

- TA confirms your eligibility and assigns a recruiter
- Process follows the same standards as external hiring
- Your manager is updated with care — no surprises

Business-led Move
Sometimes a move is initiated by the business when you're identified as a strong fit.
- Can include role changes, promotions or geographical moves
- Must always be shared with People & TA before being confirmed
- No move is final until People has visibility
- TA supports documentation, compensation review and comms plan
All internal movements require a completed internal movement form.
Visa support depends on role, country and local regulations. TA will inform you of feasibility early.
Current and future managers agree on a handover timeline together with People and the employee.
Any compensation impact linked to the move is reviewed and communicated clearly before it's effective.
